Terms of Service
The following is a list of terms that apply when using Army of Maids. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about any of our terms! We are here to help :).
The customer may only use one discount code per booking. The customer may not use the same discount code twice for the same address (regardless if its a different date and time) however is allowed to pass the discount code off to friends or family for use. All discount codes are only valid until they expire. Discount codes cannot be used with other discounts (such as recurring billing discounts).
Flat Rate Pricing:
Army of Maids reserves the right to add monies to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy and/or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking. In other words… dont book a 1 bedroom apartment service when you are living in a 5 bedroom home. Also, dont be surprised if we deny your booking or ask for additional monies if your home looks like it could be on an episode of Hoarders. To be safe, always double check the information you entered into the booking form and remember that in order for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered.
You may sign up for recurring services at any time to enjoy the benefits of discounted rates. However, you must wait until after two billable cleanings have occurred before having the ability to cancel recurring service. Recurring service rates are good for up to 12 months from the time of first billing.
Right of Refusal:
Army of Maids retains the right to turn down any job for any reason. Army of Maids will attempt to resolve any issues that have come up before getting to the refusal step.
Please note that all complaints and redo requests must be given to Army of Maids within 24-48 hours from the time of service. You may report complaints and redo requests through our Customer Satisfaction Team by emailing email@example.com. Please make sure you leave the time of service, customer name, customer address, phone and email address, and a detailed description of each complaint.
Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. Army of Maids will treat all pets with love and respect however cannot be responsible for them getting out.
We will make every effort possible to meet any time constraint you may have. This includes attempting to bring on a second or even third maid to complete the service. However, the Army of Maids staff will not be responsible for unfinished cleanings when the customer puts the team on an unrealistic time crunch. Army of Maids will always clean until the service is completed but cannot be held responsible for cleanings not being finished due to the customer not booking enough time. Please feel free to give us a call (407) 205-ARMY before booking to avoid any confusion. If you are on a time crunch we can work with you over the phone to pick out a time that works with all parties :).
Changing Time and Date of Service:
Please give Army of Maids a call at (407)205-2769 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to change the time or date of your service. Attempting to change the time and date directly with the maid could result in a schedule mishap due to the maids not having access to the full schedule/calendar.
1. Lock Out Fee: You will be charged a $50.00 fee if our team arrives to the cleaning location and cannot access the premises. You must either be home to let the maids inside or inform us ahead of time where you have hidden the key.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: You will be charged a $60.00 fee if you cancel a cleaning less than 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled to occur.
3. Return Credit Card or Check Fee: You will be charged a $30.00 fee for every failed check or credit card transaction. This includes but is not limited to returned checks, declined payments, and NSF charges in general.
4. Collections Fee: If your account goes into our collections department it will be charged a $30.00 collections fee every thirty (30) days in collections. Discount codes are not valid in collections debt and the customer will be expected to pay the full retail amount including any fees that have been added. Payment is due before the service starts. Invoices are due on the same day of the service. Any payment not received after service is rendered is considered late. Any late payments that go past 30 days from the date of service will be placed into our collections department.
If we brake an item or cause any damage to your property during cleaning, a report must be submitted within 48 hours after the date of service. To submit a report, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
What exactly was damaged.
What is the Fair Market Value of the damaged item.
Photos showing the damage on said item.
Unfortunately, if a report is not filed within 48 hours of the date of service we will be unable to file a claim and thus cannot pay, or fix, or refund for damages caused.
